Courtland AZ  Ghost Town

Not much left to see except foundations, footings and mountainsides pockmarked with mine shafts. Can you imagine a couple thousand people live here at one time? That was back in the early 1900’s.

Ever heard of the Courtland Arizonan? That was the newspaper briefly published in Courtland.

They even had a movie theater, an ice cream parlor, Wells Fargo office and of course a pool hall. Post office operated until 1942.
